As an early-stage venture capital firm, we get to proactively back the disruptors and changemakers of the world. We could tell you about the long-term value we provide our portfolio companies through our platform, network, and relationships, but we’re not the stars of the show here. We’d prefer to shine a spotlight on the leaders of our portfolio companies who are putting in the real work.

Mikal and Vicki first became business partners over a decade ago by starting Juno Search Partners, a talent solutions firm. Joined by Dylan and his leadership as Chief of Staff, the team grew as entrepreneurs by leveraging the local business community and building a vast network of shakers and movers.
Juno Capital was founded by
Mikal Harden, Dylan Foley, & Vicki Sack.
In 2020, Juno Capital began investing in Philadelphia-based startups as a way to give back to the local business community. But their desire to challenge the status quo led the team to farther horizons, now supporting innovative and disruptive entrepreneurs from across the country.

We’re based in the City of Brotherly Love and are committed to supporting our local ecosystem. That said, we’re open to expanding our horizon - we back founders because of their incredible potential, not because they’re geographically close to us.

Our portfolio companies come to us fairly early in their journey – some just have an idea, some are raising angel and seed rounds, others are beta testing and seeing some serious traction. If you have a team of 10 and are gearing up to raise your Series A, we’re probably not the firm for you; however, we’ll comb our network to see if we can make any intros for you.
